We are aware of the extensive damage caused by the callous burning of fossil fuels, and this is why we have conceived the project as being a lush green sanctuary that will register ‘null’ in the carbon footprint. Emphasising on quality, we have only 5 units per floor , knowing that it’s best when we make space for Mother Earth.

Several layers of trees and parks with abundant flora adorn our space; and as a consequence, you’ll be able to enjoy an atmosphere that is rich in good air. Breathe in all you can for there is nothing more satisfying than the rush of good air after having just driven through a wretched traffic jam. This is where the mind feels elated.

Perhaps even more enriching is the fact that the project is surrounded by dense greenery, which gives the land a natural beauty that is perhaps even more alluring than the beauty inside. Palms, bushes, and vegetation endemic to the Indian soil will make living here feel like being inside an Oasis that is in stark contrast to the mundane cityscapes.

Grey Water - ones that have been purified to an extent yet still drained away, is now readily recycled within our own premises. Carrying on with our ethos of being eco-friendly, and assimilating the elements, we’ve made sure that each drop is utilized as much as possible. It is an imperative of ours to take care of you and the environment.
